  • What are eligibility criteria for appointment of individual Business Correspondent (BC) of Bank of Baroda?

    BC be qualified 10 th standard and above from locality without any adverse report from Police, unbiased, willing to work upto the age of 70 years.

  • What are the customer services offered at BC point?

    Opening of various deposit accounts like Basic Savings Bank (BSB), Recurring, Fixed etc. , Cash receive / payment, fund transfer, mobilisation of loan proposals under KCC, Gold loan, retail etc., recovery of Bank’s NPA, also dealing in Micro Insurance & Pension ( APY).

  • What are the Technical requirements?

    Needs knowledge in computer applications, continuous Internet connection, safe keeping tools & devices like PC, kiosks, Bio-Metric, printer, stationery etc.

  • What are the operational requirement?

    On approval of Bank of Baroda, BC to open various deposit account with due consideration of Bank’s Base Branch for their operations through CBS operation followed by providing Rupay Card, Pass Book, maintaining sufficient cash, dispense cash to customer on demand as per Bank’s norms, counselling for Micro Insurance, pension etc.

  • What are the logistics requirement at BC point?

    Display of Bank’s approved Signage, BC certificate, name of Bank, BC Supervisor, Bank’s Officials, maintenance of record / registers, sufficient stationery for hassle free services to customers.
